Where appropriate, we will also assist you in selecting the most suitable accountancy or business software. Although we do have a network of contacts who can provide expert advice, your initial consultation may result in us signposting you to a more suitable specialist for your individual needs. We will never promise a service that we are not able to deliver.
Our clients are our greatest asset and we strive to provide a high level of customer satisfaction throughout their experience. We also provide unlimited free meetings, telephone and e-mail support. Communication is the key to business success and we will endeavour to keep you informed at every stage and remind you of any tax payments that may be due and of all relevant deadlines which must be met.
By keeping our overheads low, we can afford to quote and perform work on a competitive basis. We offer a fixed fee service and will not surprise you with any unexpected bills. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can also charge by the hour and at an agreeable rate. In both cases, you will only ever pay for our time and our expertise. You will not pay for expensive cars, a flash office or inefficient practices.
